I use this in all my installs commercial or residential it add so much value to the automation system along w being able to use it to order anything on line. No more looking for your phone or tablet. Just go to the kitchen and do what ever you need to do turn lights on/off, music, google searches what ever you want.
I had an issue with the panel when delivered. It was not working. Getting the replacement could not be easier. Thank you for your help.

Excellent customer service and care. This was a replacement part - remember to read the instructions to take care that your tablet and the dock aren’t damaged by accident, which is what happened - its definitely made to fit the ipad perfectly. So when we had to replace it - service let us know exactly how to install and remove it in case we missed it in the instructions, and reasons why damage could happen. We ordered a new faceplate and it arrived quickly. It’s nice to know we didn’t have to replace the entire SimpliDock. We love this product and it fits into the decor of the home wonderfully. It’s the nicest one on the market. If you’re wondering whether or not to purchase one - go for it!

This was actually the third faceplate (2nd replacement) - both the original and the initial replacement did not fit in the dock correctly and therefore the iPad was also not fitting nor charging consistently. Had a long road to get to finally happy but the team stood behind their product and worked with me to my complete satisfaction!
